Custom Name & Number Sports Parent Shirt

This is the shirt the whole roster is built around. The back carries your player’s name over a big jersey number, exactly like a uniform; the front carries your title — MOM, DAD, GRANDMA, SISTER or whichever fits — above the sport word you choose.

How to personalise: above the Add to cart button you will find four boxes. Your title (front), Player name on back (up to 12 letters, printed in capitals), Number (0–99) and Sport word (Baseball, Softball, Football, Hockey and more). The preview on the main image shows the name and number as you type. Check spelling — we print exactly what you type. Please enter a player’s own name, not a team or professional player’s name.

Choose the style: Tee, Crewneck Sweatshirt or Pullover Hoodie (the sweatshirt and hoodie cost more, and the price updates as you choose). Sizes run adult S–3XL; colours are Red, Black, Navy, Heather Grey and White.

Because every shirt is made with your text, please double-check before ordering; you can still change details within 24 hours. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and ship free to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Personalised items follow the rules on our Returns & Exchanges page; you have 60 days and a free return label.
